Qlikview Time is different than my time

In QVEMC the time associated with actions is 4 hours later than my time (US-Eastern Daylight Savings Time).

E.G.: User logs into Accesspoint at 1:15pm, the CALs screen shows that login at 5:15pm.

Can anyone tell me where to change QV to my local timezone?

Thanks,

Terry

Qlikview time is based off your system time I believe. Check your system time and make sure that it is correct. Make sure your checking the system that the server is on not the developer.

Anthony, good idea; however I had already verified the QV Server time which is correct (right now it is 12:30pm US Eastern DST) and QV time stamps are always 4 hours later.

Thanks,

Terry

The time you're seeing is based on the Universal Time Coordinate (UTC). I haven't seen an option to change that, but the QV Server session log is based on the system time. So, one option is to use the QlikView Operations Monitor.qvw to review at what time (EDT) the users are logging in to AccessPoint instead of the CAL screen.

Doesn't it say UTC?
