We published the reports in Qlikview server and it was loading fine for few days. After a recent file move, it is very slow. The home screen is taking much time to load and when we click on the reports it is taking more time. Sometimes it gets load else Connection lost message pops up. We even restarted the server(QA) but no luck. We tried connecting to the server through Remote Desktop and still it is slow. It is 4GB ram and has enough space of nearlly 50GB. The same configuration and setting of reports are working fine in a different server(Dev).
Can someone please help on this. Is there any temp or cache to be cleared
