Hi All,
I just did an upgrade from QV11.2 to QV12 SR4.
I get the error "Qlikview was unable to acquire valid license information for your license key'. Please contact Qlikview support for assistance"
I ve tried to re-license with the correct license key & control no, but to no avail.
What am I doing wrong?

Our license has a time limit, but it's a few months out. I'm not sure what you mean by "updated." The license applies without error in QlikView 11.2.

Looks like you may of had an individual Client Licence for the desktop Client, is this the case?

Its should be a Partner Demonstration License I suppose.
