Hi ,
You are accessing through Internet Explorer or Morzilla.
Internet Explorer 8. Please note that I have a different Q9 server and I am able to get to the access point, This issue occurs for a new Q10
server.
Thanks
Hi danlazard,
Hope this helps you..
This issue mainly occurs when there is a problem with the application pool .i.e when the application pool is stopped . Can you please check the application pool status and start it , if its stopped . To check the application pool MyComputer--> RightClick --> Manage check in the manage ..
Regards,
Chakravarthy.
Sorry did not help 😞
Do following
1. Reset IIS (type iisreset in run)
2. Restart all Qlikview services
Just try it.
Your error message happens when there was a problem getting the /QvAJAXZfc/htc/QvAjax.js file (Qva is a javascript object defined in this file). There can be a lot of reasons for this to happen. Do you use IIS or the QV webserver? You should get a network diagnostic tool like fiddler or firebug to know what is the problem when trying to get this file.
Guys, please don't bring up such old threads like this...
Problem probably was user in the identity on the QlikView IIS app pool not being in the IIS_WPG group.
Hi Daniel,
We found the same issue . Do you have any solution ??

It's usually a permissions issue, check that the users have reading permissions on c:\program files\qlikview folders.
Also make sure the user running the qlikview services is a local admin user.
