Sharing bookmark in QlikView Server April 2020 SR2 not working...

Greetings!

We have a customer site that is now using dual-use licenses in QlikView Server April 2020 SR2 and for some reason the sharing of bookmarks with other users is not working for users who have Analyzer licenses.  However, users with Professional licenses can share their bookmarks.

As can be seen below, the option appears as disabled in the pop menu for the users with Analyzer, but enabled for users with Professional licenses.  I don't believe this is "working as designed".

Does anyone know why this might be happening and how to fix it? 

I would appreciate any assistance that you can give me with this issue.

I think this is by design. There is a breakdown of the functionality using Professional/analyzer licenses in QlikView in the article below.
