Unable to lease license in QlikView Desktop

Hello All,

Greetings for the Day!!

Recently we have upgraded QlikView from April 2019  to May 2022 SR1.

We are able to lease the license desktop in server level but can't lease the license for individual users/developers desktop on their machine.

Getting error like below:

"Connected to Server OK,  no reply received

Switching to HTTPS tunneling

Connected to Server OK,  security settings denied access

Switching to HTTP tunneling

Connected to Server OK,  no reply received "

our Desktop version is : 12.10.20400.0 SR6

Can you please help me to resolve the issue? Thanks!!

Hello @RickyK,

The end users unable to lease license have to be running the same build version of QlikView Desktop as the build version of the QlikView Server environment. Note that QlikView version 12.10 reached end of life many years ago and is no longer a supported version. 

You can download the May 2022 SR1 version of QlikView Desktop from the Qlik Downloads webpage.
