Upgrade QlikView server CheckList

Trying to upgrade version 12.10.20700 to September 2021 or higher.

The biggest thing is to may sure you have a backup of the QVPR directory. Default location C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\QVPR


You will need to look at the release notes for the following versions. To see the changes in each version, there will

be changes that will affect the QVW in both scripts and displaying of data.
