We changed some settings in QMC then only administrators can see the documents on Access Point. Users can not see any documents on Access point. How should I do to get all the dashboards back for users?
That means that your QVS is correctly configured but most probably your QVWS (that displays the AccessPoint) has no clue where to get the thumbnails or what to do with them.
But then, your statement that Administrators can see a correct AccessPoint while your ordinary users cannot seems to point to problems with file/directory rights.
Can you provide more details about your setup? Do you have a Publisher license? Do you have an Enterprise Edition server? If so, does it run in DMS mode? Which version of QlikView (including service release) are you running? Etc.
wwere the users able to see the documents before the changes?if yes can you revert the changes and let us know if the documents are visible? Can you tell us what are those changes ?
Thanks Vishwarath. Quite complicated story. At first, our QlikView server became unlicensed for no reason. After tried multiple ways, we had to remove the old QlikTech folder. We move the old xml files in management service back to get all the reloading task restored. But for some reason, users became unable to see any documents on Access Point. We don't where we can set things up to enable that. We can not revert the change since the server will became unlicensed again. BTW, users can access the documents by a direct link. They just can not see any of them on Access Point.
Can you see on QMC all these documents with relevant tasks created and distributed to respective users?
The user access are written in documents with NTNAMEs. I can only see tasks

Is there any section access in your documents? What you mean you can only see tasks? Can you shares some snapshots of them?
Thanks, Vishwarath. The problem has been resolved. Turned out only two users can not see the documents normally. We cleared history cache in one user's browser and gave another one corrected section access. They are all working now!
