Hi,
I have users that are listed in the QMC as quarantined until HH:MM:SS and they are getting the message "Access denied The server has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator."
I understand that this happened when i tryed to delete the users and that they get quaratined for 24 hours before being removed from the list.
But the user cant wait 24 hours, so how will I do to "activate" him again?

you can get this error message when All licences occupied.and someone try to open application.
There are licences left...
But that was one of the reasons that I deleted users, to get some free licences.
Any other suggestions?
pls restart the qlikview services and then try ones again.
The Qlikview server is restarted, is that the same as Qlikview services?

If you only want to restore their licenses, you can undo the quarantine in the QlikView Enterprise Management Console, System, Licenses, QlikView Servers, and on the right pane Client Access Licenses (CALs), Assigned CALs, and clicking on the blue turning arrow icon (Restore) that appears instead of the Remove one. Then the user is assigned again to his license.
