qlikview doc cal automatically removed from qlikview server folder access and from Qds folders

Hi All

we are facing issue with Doc admin. it is automatically get removed from Qlikview server(QVS) folder access and also from QDS source documents From QMC. see attached images for clear idea.

Are several people working on the QMC at the same time? I understand you have set 9 people as QDS document administrators, so they can create tasks, however you see a different number than those 9?

Also, that is not where you assign Document CALs, you do that on the document itself.

To Miguel's point, if Document CAL assignments are not holding, it may be due to not having Doc CALs assigned to that app that have not already been assigned or something along those lines.  The information is stored in the CalData.pgo files, it is possible those may have become corrupted too causing the issue.  Best I have in addition to Miguel's comments.
