qlikview governance dashboard

Hi Everyone,

I install governance dashboard in my server but maximum sheets data is not updated and also i think I am getting old data in the dashboard.Mainly I need User activity sheet data to monitor.here is some problem I am facing .screen shot is given.Please help.

In screen shot Highlighted section is my document.and there are 16 license given in this document but i didn't get any information of that document in user activity sheet.

It is hard to know what might be the issue from just this screen shot. I recommend submitting the following information to Qlik Support to investigate this further.

1. Screen shot of "Configuration" page in Governance Dashboard.qvw (GovDB)
2. Screen shot of "Scan Details" page in GovDB
3. Governance Dashboard.qvw.log (from GovDB profile folder)
4. Fullscan.messages.log (from your GovDB profile folder\QVX_LastRun\)
5. General description of where/when/how the GovdB is running - for example: Server 2012, one Publisher machine running with security user account, using QlikView 11.20 SR7 and Goverance Dashboard 1.1 SR1
6. When did this stop working? (I assume it was working before?)

Thanks for the information.

Two follow-up questions:

1. Are the qlikview server logs (QVS) stored in c:\programdata\qliktech\qlikviewserver\? (this would be relative to the machine where the Governance Dashboard is being reloaded). The sessions.log and audit.log files are where this user activity data are stored.
2. Is audit logging set in QMC?

Hi Tyles,

I've got the actual root cause why I am getting the old data in governance dashboard.I have checked in qlikview management console, someone change the audit log path to different folder from qlikviewserver to another folder which causes "qlikviewserver" folder audit log is not updated.also my governance dashboard points qlikviewserver folder that's why i am getting old data.Now i've changed the path to qlikviewserver. Now it is working fine and giving me the right data.
