"No documents" in Access Point - only for new users


     we are facing this problem: we noticed that new users belonging to child domains were not able to see any document in the Access Point, even if they have NTFS and share permissions for the folder.

    We believe this is happening after upgrading to v10 SR2, from v9. We then upgraded to v10 SR3, with no success.

    This is not happening for users that already were created and accessed the reports in v9.

     What can we be missing? The new users have the same NTFS and Share permissions as the old users. This should be enough to see the list of published reports.
