13 Month Trends and Current Mon vs. Previous Month Calculations

Hi All,

Could some one please help in providing the below logic in a sample QVW:

1. Last 13 month trends, based on a particular month selected, backward 13 months from that selected month 
2. Current Month vs Previous Month calculations

in the first sheet you have the Year and Month in the comparative analysis sheet choose your month and year then choose the other month and year to compare to on the same chart

Oh Yes,  you have used Alternate States concept here. Great.

But in your first reply above, you had mentioned 2 Expressions. So, did u replace the 2nd expression with the chart?

yes I used the simple sum(sales) in the chart on sheet 1

on sheet 2 I used sum({group1}sales) and sum({group2}sales)

in order to have the product as common selection to both states I added sum({group1<Product=$::Product>}sales)

Here I want a simple small change with a Line Chart. Please help.

Task is to select Year and month, and based upon the selections that chart should show last 13 months trends from that selected month.

So If I select, 2014-Oct, the trend should show from 2013-Oct to 2014 Sep.
