I am not able to open Access Point on server, it is showing message "Loading Content". I tried running C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i but still not able to access it.
Please check your Root Document Folder configured at QMC.
user running qlikview services has rights on that folder?
Checked it, I am receiving error message

Try restarting QVS service and checking the logs
