Access Point

Good morning,

I have a problem with Access Point because if I separate documents in different Categories for view, after one or two days the categories dissappear and all the documents are in Dedaul Category. Could somebody help me?

Sorry, is not Dedaul is DEFAULT CATEGORY

Have you change the category in user documents or in task?

In user documents its temporary until the next distribution task.

You have to change here

Do you have publisher?

If you do the task under source documents will overwrite changes you've made in the user documents side.  You will need to set the category in the task and it will set the category on the user documents.
