Hi,

Can you try to update the excel with the required NT NAMES and try for a reload again?

Hi,

The file in PROD will be locked for ever now for that account. And hopefully no one can login within PROD server with their credentials.

Take the UAT/DEV copy and update the excel with PROD account NTNAME and then reload.

yes you are right. i thought of same

but previously i didn't mention prod account i think. it failed today only .

is there any chance that it will reload normally even if you didn't add prod account NT Name??

for my clarification

Check with your Admin team whether they changed PROD NTNAME (the UserID used to execute the task). If yes then there is no way to reload the file.

To reload a dashboard, it should be opened first by the service account. Here in first step itself it fails so no other way to reload without admin/user access.
