ActiveX component can't create object: 'ImageMagickObject.MagickImage.1'

I've installed ImageMagick and tested it's VBS files, however, I still get the error "ActiveX component can't create object: 'ImageMagickObject.MagickImage.1'"

I'm attempting to crop an image (sheet that's been exported to BMP) from within the Macro feature of QlikView
