I have a situation where it would be useful to allow specific users / viewers of QV reports to enter comments onto a report which other users would then see on subsequent renderings of the report.
As far as I can see this can't be done directly on the report themselves. Am I correct in this assumption?
It seems my best option is to set up a label on a QV report to be populated from some known data source and then write to that data source from another application which my "comment editors" could access. When the qvw is refreshed, any data entered from the other appllication will appear.
Apologies if my assumptions or terminology are wildly wrong here......only beginning to peek into this QV world.
