Background images not appearing in qliksense

Hello Team ,

I have an application in which my images are stored inside the inapp library and i used those images as background.

The images are appearing fine in test server. When i moved my app from test to production, my images are not appearing.

I am unable to find a solution.

Can anyone please help me ?

Hi @Aspiring_Developer ,

you can check if images are presented in folder from where app loads it. For example

Qlik Sense\_SharedPerzistanceStorage\StaticContent\AppContent\{id of your app}. If not, manually copy images from one location to another.

Hi @Aspiring_Developer ,

you should browse a bit your folders. Use File explorer to find AppContent folder on disk where Qlik is installed.

This is not URL, it is folder path.

We have it on the location I previously sent you. Just browse folders, you will find it for sure. 🙂

Hello @mato32188

In our environment, we don't have access to server where qliksense is stored .

I tried to search, however i am unable to find it.

Is there something i am doing wrong ? 😞

Hi @Aspiring_Developer ,

I think you have to ask somebody who has access to such folder to copy it over there.
