Bar Graph and Pivot

HI All

Please assist I have created bar chart I need to hide what I  have highlighted in red in below screen shot:

second Question:

I have pivot table I need Service level to be change to RED if the percentage/value is below/less than SL TARGET and colour green if value is >= SL TARGET please see below:

Go to your dimension tab. Select appropriate dimension and tick suppress when value is null

Need Data for that..

Otherwise go to expression tab

click on + sign and you will find text color there

Write below expression

If([Service levels] <  [SL TARGET], Red(), Green())

Hi Manish

Firstly to  calculate SL we used(sum(CallsHandledInTime)/ sum(TotalCallsHandledInCallCentre))

correct me if i am wrong so i used below it  it return everything in Red.

If(sum(CallsHandledInTime)/ sum(TotalCallsHandledInCallCentre) <  [TargetServiceLevelPercentage], Red(), Green())
