Calculate previous Quarter's starting Date

Hi All,

  I am having a field ACTUALS  as list box user will selects all  the three month year fields (Ex:201707,2017078,201709) which is  current Quarter. However I need to show only starting date of Previous Quarter from the field ForeCast_MADE_ON. Here (04/01/2017) because it is the starting date of previous quarter. I have enclosed the sample file. Kindly let me know.

Where is this needed? in a chart? or throughout the dashboard? You need to give some context to help us understand better

  It is in pivot table and should be applicable for this report alone. So when user selects 201707,2017078,201709

data needs to be pointed to previous quarter's starting date (04/01/2017)
