Can Top N Analysis work with drill down groups as dimensions?

Hi All,

I have two drill down groups as the dimensions . We have an ad hoc report where user can select one dimension (a drill down group example: Region:Branch:Product) and measures (There are five measures, Sales count, total sales, Costs etc). When a user selects say, Region:Branch:Product as dimension and sales count and total sales as measures then for all the seven regions, we show a horizontal bar chart , the measures sales count and total sales for each region

I wanted to have TopN Analysis done on this chart. I tried going to Dimension Limits, setting a variable for Largest N and then using a slider object with that variable.

But when I change the values on slider, no change on the chart happens.

Can we do Top N analysis with drill down groups? What is it that I am not doing?

For sure we can do it, let me the variable , how you used in the dimension limits.

or Try yourself by taking the variable how you used in the chart in a text box and change the values in a slider and check whether the value is changing in the text box or not.

Thanks Guys. I had figured it out. Silly Question now - >  I tried sort the values in descending order using sort. Does seem to work.

So in the attached pic, Lai should be first and yah should be second.

I just want to show descending now., ! ! !
