I have created category in Qmc which I can see in status tab but I cannot find same category listed in access point
What do you mean by "categories"?
Is the qvw that you have created the category against available in the ACCESS POINT?

yes qvw is available in access point
Category is an option that needs to be selected in Document Information tab while creating the reload task for qvw
I am able to see category now
