Cells with zero values

Hi all, anyone can help me?

In a Pivot Table I show the data of sales of each agent and each client. If I select a year, disappear the data related to the customer who did not have sales for the year selected. How can I do to show even customers without sales for the year selected by setting 0 in sales?

Thank All

hi Sunny T

Thank you for your help. I tried but not working.

When I select the year, they disappear the lines for customers who have no sales in the selected year.

Hi,

May be  try these steps :

'Show All Values' in the Dimension tab.

In the Presentation tab

Uncheck 'Suppress Zero-Values'

Null Symbol -> set as 0

Missing Symbol -> set as 0
