Listbox values can't be colored (unless you change the presentation style->LED Checkbox or so), however, an alternate option could be as been suggested here: How to change Background and Font Color in Listboxes?

It is not possible in list box, but you can use the Straight table display as list box.

If we use straight table it will displays only selected value only it doesn,t show like listbox and also how to get colours in straight table.

Hi,

Listbox and Straight table are used for different purposes so don't expect the same features but to some extent we can achieve closer to this.

You can color using the

Dimension or Expression:

Click + -> Background color -> and give expression like below

Pick(Match(FieldName, 'value1', 'Value2', 'Value3',.......), Red(), Green(), Blue(), ....)

The above expression colors value1 in Red, Value2 in Green and Value3 in Blue.  You can use RGB() for other colors.
