Comparing Previous Values

Hi Team,

Below is the sample data of my application.

ID , Type, Version

xxxa, Policy, 1

xxxa, Policy , 2

xxxa, Document , 3

xxxa, Document, 4

xxxb, Policy,1

xxxb, policy,2

xxxc, Policy, 1

xxxc, Document, 2

I  have to show the records whose type has changed along with the other metadata 

My Desired Result should be as per below

ID, Type, Version

xxxa, Document, 3

xxxc, Document, 2

Could you please help me in achieving this.
