Convert qvw to qvd File

Hi All ,

How to Convert qvw file to qvd file with out using Transformation  and with transformation From Data Sources in qlikView

HI Madhu,

I am assuming you are looking to convert  a QVW into a QVF.

If so, just copy the QVW and paste it in the QlikSense apps folder.

Now open Qliksense and Open the QVW(it will automatically show up in your apps).

Go to the data load editor of the app and Load the data.

Doing this the QVW will be converted into a QVF.

Note: Bare in mind that you will have to recreate the visualizations in QlikSense again. Only the data model is migrated.

Consider a binary load as an alternative option.
