Count of emp between Median Salary and Slider Salary

Hi All...

I have Grade wise Employees and their respective Salaries.

I am calculating median Salary for each grade which is the mid salary for that grade and I have one slider which provides me max or min of median salary.

Now i want to count all the employees whose salaries are between the Median Salary and Slider Salary.

Also Please find the attached Qvw and Xls.

For example : I am selecting Grade-M4.

Then My Median Salary is 309816 and Slider Salary is 325306.8

Now I want the count of employees which is between of Median Salary and Slider Salary.

Please help...
