We have a problem with both the right mouse click menus and drop down menus within Qlikview Desktop. In both instances releasing the mouse button (either left or right) causes the menu to disappear; they can only be used by keeping the mouse button depressed and then releasing over the required action.
Also, clicking the tools menu causes “An unhandled win 32 exception occurred in qv.exe [3732]” message to be shown followed by the program shutting down.
Both the above seem to happen with all files although it has only started recently so any help would be appreciated.
Desktop version is V 10 SR4
