Export data with multipul filters

Hello Team,

Below is the raw data and need to export the data to excel in one shot based on below selections.

1) Select Date='1/3/2020' and Rep Filter='Y' in list box (Will get two rows i.e ID 3,5 )

2)Select Date='1/3/2020',Rep Filter='N' and Report ='C' in list box (Will get one row i.e ID 4)

We need to export above data to excel in one shot. As of now we are doing two times export and merging the point No 1 and 2.

It would likely be most helpful if you attach the QVW file on this one, so folks can see the data model and chart with expressions etc. to try to come up with best approach for the solution.
