Export to excel issue for excel 2007 and IE 11

Hi All

Did anybody know about this issue when excel 2007 & Internet Explorer 11 are there.

It says

"Macro parse failed. Functionally was lost"

I appreciate your time

Thanks

That error message should not be caused by Excel 2007 nor by Internet Explorer 11. This type of error message you will get if any of your VBScript code within a Macro in a Module fails the parsing. So there is an error in the VBscript not in external tools...

Hi Petter

Thanks for prompt reply.

In my organization same reports has been used by numbers of user, and all are fine.

In this case it fails. So I believe this is because of IE issue

Thanks

The best hint I could give then is that it might be the IE-plugin itself. Has it been upgraded since you got IE 11 installed? Furthermore it could be a bug - which version of QlikView Server are you using?

Problem for desktop and Access point also

IE-plugin is a specific version ... so it does matter which version you are running. It is not sufficient that it is installed. Which version of QlikView server are you running. There are a lot of bug fixes for each new Service Release of QlikView.
