Fast change with different expressions for different charts

Hi all,

Can we have two types of charts with fast change(bar graph, straight table) where bar charts should have two expressions and straight table should have three expressions.

when we are in bar the third expression should be invisible and when we are in straight table the third expression should be visible.

Thanks

KK

Perhaps not. Alternatively, you can have different charts wthing a container.

hi tresesco,

we want this in div integration not in access point.

and container looks bad in div integration, there are some integration issues.

Would the solution in this thread give you what you are after ?

get the chart type for conditional expression

Hi Bill,

I have tired the article but when I used the invisible option in bar chart , the grouping of the two expressions is going on but the values or visualizations are not shown, when I unchecked the second expression the chart look is different , I want in this way.

Hope so u got it.

In that case create 2 separate chart objects [bar & straight], as Tresesco suggested.  But instead of a container, use a conditional show against a variable and toggle that variable's value with an action on a Text Box.

Hi,

I cant use two charts because we are using two charts the customer wants it to be a single chart with this requirement and more over we are using div integration.
