Figures of last year in column with figures current year and budget

I want to create a table as follows

                                   JAN 2016          FEB 2016       ...

Sales current month     100                    120

Sales budget               120                    110    

Variance vs budget     -20                         +10

Sales month LY          90                         100

Variance vs LY          +10                         +20

I don't succeed to show the figures of Last Year in a column with dimension month (current year).

Anyone familiar with this problem ? Anyone a solution ?
