Find Maximum value in individual row in pivot table

Hello,

can any one have idea that how to find Maximum value in individual row in pivot table excluding total value at the end?

Same for Maximum value from entire pivot table excluding total value row and column which is last row and last column.

calculate max value for each dimenison in script & compare with that value in the chart
