Fixed width of bars in a graphic

is it possible to fix the width of the bars in a bar chart no matter what the selection is? if so  what settings need to be modified?

That's not possible afaik. I haven't found any way to do it.

The issues with dynamic scaling have yet to be addressed, I think, as Gysbert says.
