Garbage from csv import - difference between QV9 and QV12

I have just upgraded from QV9 to QV12, with strange result when importing .csv files from Excel.

Code is loaded 1:1 in QV12, but gives garbage data as well as correct data.

Are there differences in QV9 csv import, compaired to QV12 csv import?

Kind regards and best wishes for Christmas

Claus

Hi Marco

Happy New Year! - Apologies for the delay in my reply.

I cannot provide sample data, as these are confidential, but maybe if I clarify a bit:

Data is loaded in QV9 from a .csv file with:

(txt, utf8, embedded labels, delimiter is ',' ,  msq)

File qualifies ok in Excel, utf8 and all.

Same script, without doing reload in QV12 is ok, but gives garbage data when reloaded. Tried both Win8 and Win10, QV9 and QV12 just to be sure.

Read somewhere, that if data is html, it might disrupt something, so I commented out load of all html fields.

This is a dump of one of the fields giving garbage:

Apparently there have to be a difference I am not aware of...

Claus
