Get max of expression

Hi everyone,

I'm struggling with expressions.

I have an app like this : 

User enter "allocation qty" then I have an expression(rangesum) which calculate "**bleep** Sum Qty".

On background color expression I'm saying hilight the value if it's < to the allocation qty 

What I need now is to extract the max number of this scenario (or the closest value to the variable "allocation qty")

I've tried so many expression and functions (FirstSortedValue, Aggr, RangeMax, Max...) 

What would be your approach to find a solution to extract/store this value or filter the table above? 

Thanks a lot... I'm running out of ideas 😥
