Getting data from an email box

Hi

If we get data in a csv file regularly emailed to us as an attachment, is it possible for QlikView to auto retrieve the the email and attached csv file, using  POP3 or something, and then load it into QlikView ?

Hi Bill,

I have done something similar, I get 20 emails every day with .csv files

I have set up for these to be moved to a specific folder in Outlook I then have a macro in outlook that extracts the .csv files to a folder I specify.

I then get Qlikview to read from that folder. It works really well!

Hi Bill,

Here is the Macro I use in Outlook.

You will have to make changes based your folders etc.

but it works great for me
