Group by in Set analysis

Dear All,

I have data something like this

Employee	Company	DateOfJoining	LastWorkingDay
Keerthi	Business Solutions Pvt Ltd	2008-12-01 00:00:00.000	2015-12-17 00:00:00.000
Keerthi	Objects Pvt Ltd	2005-05-18 00:00:00.000	2008-11-28 00:00:00.000
Deepak	Consulting Pvt Ltd	2002-11-04 00:00:00.000	2005-02-25 00:00:00.000
Deepak	Network	2002-01-23 00:00:00.000	2002-10-23 00:00:00.000

I want to calculate the total experience.

Ex: For Keerthi Total Experience will be

Interval(2008-11-28 00:00:00.000,2005-05-18 00:00:00.000) + Interval(2015-12-17 00:00:00.000,2008-12-01 00:00:00.000)

How do i do it in Qlikview using set analysis.

calculate interval for each company in years or months and then use sum for that field.

to calculate interval in month refer How Do I Get the Number of Months Between Two Dates?
