Help needed!!!

Hi qlikies,

Need an urgent help please!!!

There is a severe issue in accessing qlikview application.When i try to access the access point i am receiving an error: Message: No server.When i look into the event log it is throwing this error:

PGO: Failed to open C:\FTP\2nd_floor\CalData.pgo. Error: 5. Time: 0 ms

Please help me resolving this issue.

Hi Thirumalai,

Check CalData.pgo file is available or not on respective location.

I guess, file store data related to assign CAL to users and which is deleted.

Assign CAL license to user, and then try to open from access point.

Check whether all QlikView services are running or not for service.

and restart all services. Hope this will solve problem.

go to Run and paste services.msc, hit enter key.

It will show you all services, find out QlikView services from there and restart one by one.

I have restart the services also have restarted the server once.nothing works still issue persists

Which version of QlikView are you using.
