Hide a certain value of Dimension?

I have data that broken down by Month. How do I hide a certain value, e.g. September from the Month dimension?

Maybe a Calculated Dimension something like :

     if ( num(Month) = 9 , Month , null() )

I did not create a qvw, I just typed the Calculated Dimension freehand.
