I would like to hide the expression column. Is this possible?
How many expressions you have in this pivot.
Can you try checking Conditional option in Expression tab of your pivot properties and set the value to 0. like here:

You are using Pivot table I hope. you cant Hide a expression in Pivot table.
You can convert the Pivot table to straight table and go to Presentation tab to Hide the expression.

I doubt, How Conditional enable is helps you.
Here, What if second expression is depends on column(1). If you enable conditional as 0 for first one second expression should show null values only. I am not sure how you are handling and which bases you are modifying. Can you describe more your requirement to know the insight of User

There is only one expression. When I set the one expression conditional as 0 it hid the column.
Even if you have one expression, Then what is the use to create the Object here.
