Holding % of claims

Hi Friends

Please help me to see where I have gone wrong in deciding percentage held by each products in total claims. The percentage obtained seems to be wrong.

please check the attachment whether it contain data.As per Claim data ratio it seems to be incorrect which should be due to some  errors in the formula
