I want to use the group to authenticate the user on access point ? Have multiple application deployed want filter application on basis of user login.

I presume that you are using NTFS security to access they QVW, so you create the user groups in Windows, add the users to the Windows groups and then grant access to the folders / qvws as required. No need to do anythiing within QMC.

Okay. We don't have group created in AD so would like to create in QMC. How should we do ?

you could use DMS authorization with custom groups.
