How do I set where a user goes after login? e.g. User homepage

I want to be able to control where a user goes in Qlik Sense once they log in.  I am aware that we could have them bookmark a URL and when they click on that bookmark, they get a prompt to login and then get sent to the link they used in their login icon.  What I want is to know if I could set what the user sees upon login in the event they went to the root URL of the Qlik Sense.

You can't set this you can approve access rights of apps and read, edit & delete rights.

Every user can only open HUB except that user who has Admin rights.
