How  is it possible to Customize color of bar chart.

Such as,

2013 sales - LightGreen;

2014 sales - LightBlue

2015 sales - Orange

I have tried on Expression : > background color

If there is no selection it is Ok

but when I select any year or month on list box, It doesn't work
