How many maximum number of users can qlikview handles and how many max at a time?
Manohar, the answer to that question really depends on your environment. If you're running a QVS on a laptop, you'll probably only be able to handle 1 user. However, there are extremely powerful clusters that can handles tens of thousands of concurrent users. There's a pretty useful tool called JMeter that allows you to simulate X number of user to test server load. Check it out, should help you: http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-2705

This depends on the amount of RAM and CPU processing available on the "host" machine. Host meaning the QlikView Server machine. When a document is loaded into memory on the Qlik Server > RAM is consumed, then with each additional concurrent user > 2-5% is added to RAM (based on initial % of loaded file size). CPU is used to provide on-the-fly calculations (i.e. aggregations). You are only limited by the RAM and CPU limitations of your machines. QlikView's scaling is linear (as has been proven in numerous benchmarking cases). Linear scaling makes it possible to predict (pretty well) when I add a machine of n RAM and y Cores that this will support x amount of concurrent users. The key is understanding: your data file sizes (how large are the qvw files, how many are there, how many concurrent users will you have in the QV Server).
