How to change the colour of a Linear Gauge embedded in a Pivot Table

Hi

I have created a pivot table and have used the Linear Gauge in the Mini Chart Options. My problem is, I have to change the color of the linear gauge based on the Description (column names).

Currently, all the description are showing same color. But I want to change the color based on the description like shown below

I think isn'tpossible for mini chart to change linear gauge color
