How to download face book QvSource in qlikview

Could you please help on this how we can download Face book and Twitter QV-Source, and develop the Qlikview Application.

You will find notes on the above links as to how to configure the apps before running the reload but generally they have a config.txt file which you edit to contain the settings (e.g. Facebook Fan Pages or Twitter search terms etc. you wish to track).

I downloaded that application but i can't able to reload. I tried hole day but i can't,
