How to exclude grand total appearing againts each reason & to suppress all records which do not have sum values in both sales & refunds

Hi,

Any please help me on following issues

I have two issues,

One is how I could avoid showing total column amount against each reason. But sub total  only to be shown at the bottom row. Please refer my Pivot table. As can be seen, total is repeated against each reason which is to be excluded. (Note: Here I have linked two tables one carries refund register which is the premium refunded & the sales register which carries their sales)

2nd issues is when above two tables are linked, there are records which have either sales or refund premiums. What I want is to excludes all records which do not have both. Therefore I will be able to match records which have both & pivot table will look very compact carries no nil values.
